Join me on a journey of self-discovery and spiritual exploration! This training is specifically designed for more space in your life. We will meet online (live), online self-study, and in person (in Woodstock- and possibly a day playing on the Toccoa River) for our journey. This blend of in in person, and online, will give you the comforts of your own sacred space while also learning to create a sacred space for others on the yoga mat, out in the world! Why this teacher training?
I may no longer have a studio space for teachers to teach at, but I truly believe it is my duty to the world, and the yoga commUNITY to continue to teach teachers the true roots of yoga. The 8 Limbs. With that being said, I am super excited to announce a new format to 200hr yoga teacher training. We will meet online, in person, and self study! My hope is to make it more accessible for even the busiest of folks. Everyone deserves a chance to dive deeper into themSelves, and to me, yoga teacher training is one of the best ways! I have already helped guide 35 beautiful souls through this journey. I would love to walk by you too on your journey!
What do I need for 200hr YTT?
I love books! So there will be more that I recommend as we go through the course. You are only responsible for the required books. There is a link to each item that will take you to Amazon. I do receive a small commission from these.
