Join Hannah of Muddy Lotus Yoga and Sami of Seva Yoga as they come together to co-create an evening of Sacred Stillness— a soul-soothing blend of cacao, rest, sound, and heart connection.
Hannah will open the evening with a heart-opening cacao ceremony, honoring the sacred plant medicine and the ancestors who have lovingly shared this gift with us. Together, we will bless the cacao, sip slowly, and set intentions as we drop into presence, gratitude, and connection— both to ourselves and to the collective energy of the space.
From there, we’ll ease into a deeply restorative yoga practice, allowing the body to soften and the mind to quiet as we surrender into the stillness within. With open hearts, we’ll release what no longer serves and make space for peace, clarity, and renewal.
Throughout the restorative practice, Sami will bathe the space in sound, weaving together singing bowls, chimes, and other sacred instruments to guide you into deeper relaxation. The evening will close with a guided rest and sound immersion, creating the dreamlike ending to this evening of Sacred Stillness.
